Super Easy Cholcoate Avocado Smoothie

Indulge in a quick treat with this easy cholcoate avocado smoothie.

This is a favourite recipe and a nice little chocolate treat that won’t break your macros. After a hard training session it’s a tasty way to refuel and on a day when you are craving something sweet but trying to make competition weight this one really hits the spot.

The recipe is for one so double if you are feeling generous (or hungy because IIFYM!) I also think the almond milk could be subsititued for soya milk or cocounut milk but hand’t tried it. Find me in insta if you do swap out ingredients and let me know how you get on. –  @realbjjgirls 

I find the consistency can be quite thick so feel free to add more almond milk.

Ingredients:

  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons protein peanut butter
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
